Ladies, the climate outside is terrible and your mood might not be so pleasant after a long day working, managing family and then getting ready for the holidays. PTA bake sale? Ugh. Mother-in-law on the phone? We'll be right there. Deep breath. There's no time (and maybe no budget) to run out to a local spa for a good soaking bath and scrub. That doesn't depict you don't get the R&R necessary to de-stress your life. How about bringing along home spa treatments with you for your vacations.

Crafting a Bathroom Home Spa on a Budget

You can turn your bathroom into a five star spa with only one member: YOU. Below are several of my favorite ideas on how you may "get away" and feel divine with spa facilities never leaving your house.

- Create your home spa to model your favorite spa. If you like the truth that they supply water out of crystal glasses then buy a good-looking goblet for your washroom. Spend in that fluffy robe and have beautiful baskets to place your home spa tools. Hide some elegant candles that just come out for spa night and special towels that you just use for these special days. Mix a teaspoon of oil to 12 cup of salt and blend until you have a loose paste. Don't crush the salt granules. Keep this blend in a plastic bowl close to your shower or bath. By the way, skip the sugar scrubs. The grains are too smaller and less helpful. Personally , I love Nantucket Natural Oils for their concentrated purity. Try adding flowers, including rose petals to this salt mix. Now, only use a cloth or a loofah and scrub your body from head to toe. It's natural, inexpensive and you will feel like silk.
